The Church Year outlines the biblical narrative of God’s saving work in Israel, Christ, and the Church. Sacred Roots is the term we employ for the Great Tradition of the Church, that deposit of faith and practice that shapes her life in the world. This year we will focus on the subjective side of the biblical account, i.e., the Church’s participation in God’s unfolding drama and fidelity to the Apostolic witness to Christ and His Kingdom.
